Keefer Court Food Inc. is the largest manufacturer of fortune cookies in Minnesota and is the only oriental bakery based in Minneapolis with regional and national sales. Keefer Court is owned and managed by Mr. Sunny Kwan. Mr. Kwan has 24 years experience in the food production industry.
Keefer Court has been in business since 1983 and has grown to a daily output of over 200,000 cookies. Keefer Court concentrated in two areas: 1)Fortune Cookies, and 2) Chinese Bakery.
Keefer Court began making fortune cookies in 1983. Our first fortune cookie machine produced 1300 cookies per hour. In 1992 Keefer Court purchased an automatic fortune cookie maker. This machine has increased the cookie production to 6800 cookies per hour. The daily production output is over 100,000 cookies. In 1996 Keefer Court purchased an additional fortune cookie machine and moved to the current production plant. At present production, Keefer Court produces over 200,000 cookies per day.
