The King's Jam
Jimi Hendrix with BB King and the Paul Butterfield Blues Band
(recorded 4/68 at Generation Club, NYC)
Paul Butterfield wails on harp! Also has Al Kooper on organ. Jimi and BB
hold back - virtually no interplay between them. This is NOT the same as
Blues at Midnight. I personally did not care for it - but someone who was
both a hard core Jimi & BB fan might want to hear them on the same stage.
The sound quality is pretty good.

Koine CD from 1988
The title is "Cafe Au Go-Go - Jam session." According to
Jimpress, it's one of three CD bootlegs of the 3/17/68 show, I think. The
musicians on-hand were:
and yours truly on...you know.
This is what it says on the back with the last embellishment from
me. The front has a corny-looking drawing of Jimi's head and above it it
says, "Oldies But Goodies: Live-Over 20 Years Old."
