Research

Research interests are in the area of thermal and thermo-chemical sciences applied to novel energy conversion technologies with focus on renewable and clean energy. Current activities include development of high-temperature processes that utilize concentrated solar radiation for renewable fuel production and power generation. Heat and mass transfer phenomena in heterogeneous reacting flows, in particular radiative heat transfer, are studied by using numerical and experimental techniques.
