Why do I need to provide my Social Security number?
Your Social Security number is necessary to generate a check and will be deleted once your reimbursement is processed.
Do I include sales tax in my reimbursement?
Yes, you can include sales tax in your reimbursement.
What if I can't find a receipt?
If you have misplaced your receipt, there is a missing receipt form that is available in ME 1103 . Please note that this form should be used sparingly. If you are not able to pick up a form, please refer to your contact person.
Do my receipts have to be itemized?
Yes, all receipts must be itemized.
