• How long does it take to process a non-employee reimbursement request?

Reimbursements can take up to one month. Please note that completing the forms correctly and completely will help expedite your request.

• Where are these forms available?

Forms are located outside ME 101 and at the link above.

• I am a foreign national and would like to receive payment by wire transfer. What information do I need to provide?

Note: Domestic wire transfers are not allowed. Please provide the following:

1. Bank Name
2. Bank Address
3. Account Number
4. Sort Code
5. Swift Code
6. Currency type

• Why do I need to provide my Social Security number?

Your Social Security number is necessary to generate a check and will be deleted once your reimbursement is processed.

• Do I include sales tax in my reimbursement?

Yes, you can include sales tax in your reimbursement.

• What if I can't find a receipt?

If you have misplaced your receipt, there is a missing receipt form that is available in ME 1103 . Please note that this form should be used sparingly. If you are not able to pick up a form, please refer to your contact person.

• Do my receipts have to be itemized?

Yes, all receipts must be itemized.
