If you don't think Pro/E is saving changes you make, the problem may be
that you are using the Save command while in the middle of creating a
feature. If you do so, the component is saved in a .sec file rather than
a .prt file, and the changes do not show up when you recall the part file.
So, finish creating a feature before you Save.
