1. Retrieve or create the drawing.
2. Retrieve the part which you want to change; it will appear in small window in the right corner.
3. Select the dimension, which you want to change by choosing Modify command from the Part menu.
4. Enter the new value for the dimension and regenerate it by choosing regenerate command from Part menu.
5. Change window by choosing Change Window command from the Main menu and then clicking in the main working window. The dimension of the part in the drawing would be changed now.
   
   Note: When changing the dimension make sure to regenerate the part before changing the window otherwise the dimension will not change in the drawing.
