The general procedure for creating a drawing is outlined in the tutorial you got from the bookstore (written by Dr. Chase). This hint is designed to help you create a drawing from a pre-existing template. You will not be creating your own template for this assignment, but you will at some point in the future.

To use an existing template, follow these steps:

1. Create a drawing by choosing File/New/Drawing.
2. Enter the drawing name and press Enter.
3. Select the Retrieve Format item from the New Drawing menu.
4. Type a question mark (?) instead of `none' after the Format query or use the Browse option to find out the existing formats.
5. Choose a format from the list (A should correspond to an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet, and your blank drawing will appear.

Create your drawing as in the tutorial.
