Tecplot Tutorial

As you go through these pages, you will have the opportunity to try out some of Tecplot's capabilities. If you'd like to do this, follow the directions below to make copies of some data files that you can start with and modify.

Make a directory within your home directory to store these files.

   mkdir Tecplot (for example)


Move into that directory.

   cd Tecplot (for example)


Copy the tutorial files to this directory.

   cp /home/home5/sjo/Tutorial/*.plt .



Now you should have the files you'll need to follow along with this tutorial.
