Starting Pro/E in ITLABS

Pro/E is loaded onto the Windows machines in ITLABS. Here's how to start it up.

Login

Login using your ITLABS username and Windows password.

Installing Pro/E

Pro/E only needs to be installed once. Here are the steps you need to follow to install Pro/E:

1. Go to Start → Settings → Control Panel → Add or Remove Programs → Add New Programs.
2. Choose Pro Engineer Wildfire 4.0 and select “Add”.
3. Wait for the software to successfully install, which should only take a few seconds.

Starting Pro/E

Once installed, here is how to start Pro/E:

1. Go to Start → Programs → PTC → Pro ENGINEER → Pro ENGINEER
2. Wait for Pro/E to start. It may take 60s or longer, so be patient.
